Terms for customers

1. Who we are and what the customer area is

Garmushka is operated by Garmushka. Your studio uses it to manage your project, and the customer area lets you follow it: stages, payments, suppliers, tasks, documents and photos, as the studio shares them. Your agreement for the design work is with the studio, and your agreements for the works are with the suppliers; Garmushka is not a party to them.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email; there is no password. Keep access to your mailbox secure. You may invite more people on your side of the project, such as your partner or committee members; the studio sees whom you invited. Everyone you invite accepts these terms too.

3. Who controls what

• The studio controls its project: the stages, the documents and photos it adds, the suppliers it records, and what is shared with you. It may change or stop sharing information.
• You control your own entries: payments you record, tasks you propose, snags you log, photos and documents you upload, and your preferences between options. You may edit or delete an entry you made until it is confirmed by its other side; a payment that a supplier confirmed locks, and a mistake is corrected by a new entry.
• Each entry shows who made it. What you enter is seen by the studio and, where relevant, by the supplier it concerns.

4. What the information means

The information in the customer area comes from the studio, the suppliers and you. We do not check it. Payments recorded in Garmushka are records only; Garmushka does not hold or move money. A preference you indicate between options is not consent and does not bind you or anyone else. Registry badges come from public government data and are shown as they are.

5. If the studio leaves Garmushka

If your studio deletes its account, we will tell you and offer you to keep your project, read-only, on a paid plan. If you do not accept within 30 days, the project is deleted or anonymised as described in the privacy policy.

6. Leaving yourself

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. You leave your projects, and what you entered stays in them under “former customer”. For 30 days you can undo it by signing in again; after that your personal details are anonymised.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the customer area against the law or to harm others, do not upload what you have no right to share, and do not try to see projects that are not yours or get around the service’s security.

8. Support access

To give support, investigate a problem or keep the service secure, authorised Garmushka staff may access your account, including by signing in as you. Every such access is recorded in our internal log.

9. Liability, law and changes

The customer area is provided free and “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage or loss of data, or for the work, prices or conduct of the studio or of suppliers.
