Terms for suppliers

1. Who we are and what the supplier area is

Garmushka is operated by Garmushka. Interior design and architecture studios use it to send bills of quantities, compare quotes and manage projects. The supplier area lets you see the quotes studios asked you for, your jobs, your tasks and the payments due to you. Garmushka is not a party to any agreement between you and a studio or its customer.

2. Your account

• Quoting through Garmushka requires an account, which is free. The first time you open a studio’s invitation, you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; this opens your account (or finds the one you have), and after that the device stays signed in. If you use an address other than the one the studio invited, the studio is asked to confirm it, and until it does, that address opens only the invitation you used. Nothing in an invitation is shown before you sign in.
• You must give true details about yourself and your business, including the company or ID number. Each account is for one person; do not share your access.
• Your business is a supplier company in Garmushka with owners, admins and members. A colleague with the same company number may ask to join, and an owner approves. Owners are responsible for who they let in and the role they give them.
• A studio’s supplier record is linked to your company automatically when its contact email matches a verified email of a member of your company.

3. Quotes

Your quote reaches only the studio that invited you. Other suppliers never see your prices. The studio may share your quote with its customer, as part of choosing a supplier. You can revise a quote until the studio’s deadline. A quote is your offer to the studio or its customer, on your own terms; whether it binds you is between you and them.

4. Jobs, tasks and payments

• Once a studio records that you were hired, you see that job: its schedule, the tasks shared with you, the snags assigned to you, and the instalments and payments that concern you. The full site address and the on-site contact are shown only after you are hired.
• You may propose tasks and times; the customer or the studio confirms them. You may add change orders; the customer approves or rejects them.
• When you confirm that you received a payment, the entry locks. A mistake is corrected by a new correcting entry, not by changing the old one. Payments recorded in Garmushka are records only; Garmushka does not hold or move money.

5. Confidentiality

• Commission terms between you and a studio are confidential. You may not disclose a studio’s commission terms, or any commission amount, to its customers or to anyone else, unless the law requires it. Garmushka never shows commissions on any quote, job, schedule, document or link that a customer or another supplier can see; they appear only on your own page with that studio.
• What you see about a studio and its projects — customers’ names, addresses and contact details, plans, documents, site photos, schedules and prices — is confidential. Use it only to quote for and carry out the job, do not pass it on, and delete copies you no longer need.
• These duties continue after the job ends and after you leave Garmushka.

6. Registry badges and documents

Badges such as “registered contractor” and “licensed asbestos contractor” come from public government registers on data.gov.il, matched by company number. We show them as they are and are not responsible for errors in them; corrections are made with the Registrar. Insurance and licence documents you add are your responsibility; you may remove them at any time.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the supplier area against the law or to harm others, and do not send unwanted messages through it.
• Do not contact a studio’s customers through Garmushka to go around the studio.
• Do not try to see quotes, prices or projects that are not yours, or get around the service’s security.

8. Support access

To give support, investigate a problem or keep the service secure, authorised Garmushka staff may access your account, including by signing in as you. Every such access is recorded in our internal log.

9. Leaving

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. The business records you took part in — quotes, confirmations, payments and the activity log — stay with the studios and projects they belong to; your personal details are anonymised after 30 days, during which you can undo the deletion by signing in. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

10. Liability, law and changes

The supplier area is provided free and “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profits or loss of data.
