Yes, and it is free forever. The first time a supplier opens your invitation, we email them a one-time code: it opens their account, with no form and no password, and after that their device stays signed in. They see all their quotes, jobs and payments in one place. Other suppliers never see their prices.
Always before VAT, so every quote compares like for like, and you see everything before VAT too. In the customer area, a private customer sees prices including VAT and a business customer sees them before VAT. You set your studio’s VAT rate in the settings (18% by default).
Only what you share with them: the project stages, the design-fee schedule, the hired suppliers and payments, tasks, documents and photos, and the quotes you choose to show. Commissions, internal notes and ratings are never shown to customers. Customers sign in for free with an emailed code, and can invite family or committee members.

There you can load a sample project — a customer, a project mid-construction with stages and a design fee, hired suppliers and a draft bill of quantities — to look around before you enter a real one. A new project opens from a workflow, with its stages already in place.
Your studio does. We process it only to provide the service; we don’t sell it or use it for advertising. Our support staff can access an account only to help or to keep the service secure, and every such access is recorded. Studio owners can download a copy of all their data, and you can ask for deletion at any time.
